Heather is Managing Director of Organizational Development at Neos Partners responsible for developing talent and leadership across the firm.
Prior to joining Neos, Heather served as Global Head of Talent Management at The Carlyle Group. Before Carlyle, she served as Head of Talent at a large sovereign wealth fund and held senior talent and organizational development roles across the financial services sector. Heather holds an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
