Ken is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Neos Partners.
Prior to joining Neos, Ken served as the General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Vista Credit Partners, the credit-investing arm of Vista Equity Partners. Prior to joining Vista, Ken served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG Sixth Street Partners. Before TPG, Ken served as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a long/short equity hedge fund, and was an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in the firm’s Securities Enforcement group. Ken began his career in government service at the SEC in the Division of Examinations, and with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York handling white collar criminal investigations. Ken holds a BS in Finance from State University of New York, New Paltz where he graduated cum laude, and a JD from Fordham University where he graduated magna cum laude.
