Kush is a Vice President on the Portfolio Company Operations team.
Prior to joining Neos, Kush was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company within its Private Equity practice, where he focused on commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation. Prior to Bain, he served in engineering, operations, and data science roles at Chevron. Kush holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
