Shelly is a Vice President within Human Resources at Neos Partners.
Prior to joining Neos, Shelly served as Head of Talent and Human Resources at Kingfish Group, where she led recruiting, HR administration, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to Kingfish, Shelly was an Assistant Vice President at Oaktree, where she handled recruiting and managed the firm’s associate program. She began her career in the HR department handling recruiting at RBS Markets & International Banking. Shelly holds a B.S. in Business Administration - Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
